Here’s the cover for the Kickstarter edition of Osamu Tezuka’s The Crater. I can’t help but feel it needs something: a slash of color? A more evocative image? Some bold accessories? Still, I’m glad to see this book has a ship date (June 4th) after months of delays—The Crater has been on my wish list for ages.

Cover art for Gold Key Comic’s 1965 Astro Boy comic. Gold Key licensed the rights to the character through NBC, which aired a Westernized version of the Astro Boy anime in 1964. Only one issue was published; copies are scarce and generally retail for $100 - $300, depending on the condition.
